This 6-week *virtual* group provides community and support for moms with babies under one. We create a safe space to talk about self-health, bonding, postpartum care, relationships and beyond. Bring yourself, your baby (if they aren't napping) and whatever's on your mind. Connect with other moms from the comfort of your own home.
