Perinatal Support for Individuals
From conception, infertility and Pregnancy, to the Postpartum Period, back to work and beyond, we are here to support women and birthing individuals with a range of services.
Whether you prefer to meet in-office or need a tele-health option, our team of clinicians and residents, led by Becky Gleed LMFT, PMH-C, are here to support you with evidence-backed, judgement-free counseling.
Perinatal & Reproductive Mental Health
Perinatal and reproductive mental health is our passion. If you are on your fertility or family planning journey, pregnant, or postpartum, we would love to help. When you come to see us, you won’t have to spend hours getting us up to speed: We are fully fluent in medical terminology and are ready to help you on day one.
Some examples of reproductive mental health cases we see regularly in our clinical practice include:
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs)
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Endometriosis
Male Factor
Genetic Disorders
Menopause/Andropause/Perimenopause
Ambitious Women
Navigating ambitious careers or life transitions, such as back-to-work postpartum, when societal demands on women remain pervasive can result in anxiety, depression, unmanageable stress, and sometimes even post-traumatic stress. Our therapists offer a judgment-free space to help negotiate those tensions.
